As Head of B2B Sales at Soft2Bet, Alon is spearheading the company’s commercial expansion, forging strong operator relationships, and positioning its platform and gamification services as industry-leading solutions.

What did it mean for the company to be present at SBC Summit Lisbon, and what were your main objectives for that edition?

SBC Summit Lisbon is one of the most significant weeks in the iGaming industry, bringing the sector together in one place. For Soft2Bet, it was the stage to showcase how our design-first platform turns great UX into measurable results. With state-of-the-art products, a strong record in regulated markets and a team focused on clarity and speed, we wanted visitors to feel the difference in the player journey.

We wanted to demonstrate how MEGA, combined with our user experience, turns a smooth journey into higher conversion, longer sessions and stronger lifetime value. We also aimed to advance commercial discussions with operators who value compliance, localisation and fast time to market, with clear next steps to keep momentum after the show.


 

What were the most outstanding innovations you presented at the event, and how did you manage to stand out in such a competitive market?

Our standout innovation is MEGA, the gamification suite that turns play into a journey rather than disconnected sessions. We highlighted three features. The MEGA Clawee Machine recreates the feel of a classic arcade claw in iGaming, with missions, collectables and rewards that build progression. MEGA Chance is a board game experience, where players move across tiles, unlock quests and win prizes that bring them back.

MEGA is built into the product, so it feels native and on brand. The interface is clean, the characters are distinctive and the flow is easy to grasp within seconds. Operators can configure modules quickly, tailor journeys for different segments and localise rewards and themes for each market. That blend of design, personalisation and speed to market lifts early conversion and supports long-term retention.

Familiar formats make it instantly clear what to do, while our design team gives each mechanic a modern look and a story that fits the brand. The result is a journey that feels welcoming from the start and retains its depth even weeks later. For operators, this translates into stronger engagement, longer sessions and a clearer route to lifetime value.


 

From your perspective, which technological trends did you consider would shape the future of the iGaming industry in the coming years?

Two forces will define the next few years: gamification and AI. Gamification is moving into its second act. Points and badges were a start, but the real step forward is persistent progression that runs across casino and sportsbook. Journeys that adapt to behaviour, collections that reward steady play, and fair leaderboards, team challenges and timed events will set the tone. Done well, this raises conversion at the start, keeps sessions healthy and builds loyalty, with responsible play at the centre.

AI will matter just as much, provided it is used with care to support people rather than replace them. In CRM, it can predict churn, score engagement and choose the next best action for each segment. In product, it can personalise content and pacing in real time so players see missions and rewards that fit their style. In risk and compliance, it can spot unusual behaviour sooner and support safer gambling through timely, respectful prompts. Every use needs oversight, audit trails and clear controls so regulators and partners can trust the results.

The real edge comes when these two fit together, with MEGA setting the journey and AI shaping the timing and value for each player.


 

What message would you share with your current and future clients, as well as with your strategic partners, following your participation at SBC Summit Lisbon?
